Kimberly Ayers - President
Kimberly has been a chapter member since 2010, holding several volunteer positions to support the organization. She served as the Chair of the Membership Committee in 2012-2013, and multiple years as Sponsorship Chair in 2013-2016, raising well over $100K for the organization, most recently serving as interim Vice-President. Kimberly looks forward to supporting volunteers within the organization, and creating a collaborative, fun, forward thinking, board environment to better serve IFMA Sacramento Members, Sponsors, and Facility Management Professionals. Kimberly is a Certified Green Gardener and currently Business Development Manager with Jensen Landscape Services in the greater Sacramento Region. Trena Ellis

Trena Ellis, CFM, LEED AP O+M - Vice President
Trena has been a Professional Member of IFMA since 2008 and became a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) that same year. She also achieved her LEED AP O+M Certification in 2014. She has been the Facilities Manager for PowerSchool for the past 16 years. Trena has worked on numerous tenant improvement projects, has contributed to the expansion of the company and has relocated the business three times. Diane Viodes - Treasurer
Diane has been an active member of IFMA Sacramento Valley since July 2014, served as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for two years, and has helped with the Special Events Committee this past year. She is the Business Development Representative for SERVPRO Citrus Heights/Roseville and SERVPRO Carmichael and has worked in the restoration industry since 2012. She had the opportunity to attend World Work Place 2015 in Denver and enjoyed learning more about facilities, how to better help support our FM's and getting to know our local chapters better. Amber Stewart - Secretary
Amber has been an active member of IFMA since 2014, currently serving as Board Secretary, and has been past co-chair of the Programs Committee and Board of Directors. Her IFMA engagement allows her the opportunity to share insights from her workplace experience and tours of other facilities while gaining knowledge from other facilities managers. Amber has attended World Workplace New Orleans (2014), Denver (2015) and Facility Fusion Indianapolis (2016), hosted and presented at IFMA Chapter events and participated in several IFMA Sacramento Chapter strategic planning retreats. Amber received the IFMA Kit Tuveson Profession Scholarship in 2016, and she will be completing both her FMP and CFM certifications this year to further her expertise in the facilities management. Ashley Bergerot - Chapter Sponsorship Committee Chair
Ashley has been an active member of IFMA Sacramento since 2014. Ashley is new to the industry and is worked side-by-side with Candice Moore on special events. As the current Sponsorship Chair, she is responsible for securing corporate sponsorships, handling current/potential sponsors and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, and acting as liaison to corporate sponsors. She has become an allying partner between IFMA Sacramento and other organizations in the area, to create more opportunities and exposure for the Sacramento Chapter. Melanie Uhrenholt - Chapter Programs Committee Co-Chair
Melanie has been an active member of IFMA Sacramento since 2014. She works closely with the other Programs Committee co-chairs and Chapter President, Kimberly Ayers, to plan monthly luncheons throughout the year. Melanie's goal is to have a fun, exciting and relative topic and presenter at each luncheon to ensure our IFMA members are constantly benefiting and continuing their education. Heather McCarthy - Chapter Programs Committee Co-Chair

Heather became an active member of IFMA Sacramento in 2015, and quickly joined the Program Committee and Board of Directors. She and the other committee members focus on expanding and refining monthly Education Program topics, securing locations, and building tours. With over 20 years of experience in Marketing within the Real Estate Industry, and previous Board Leadership positions with other Real Estate Industry Associations, Heather focuses on understanding and anticipating the evolving education needs of the Facilities Management Industry. Christian Flanders, FMP – Chapter Director
Chris has been a chapter member since 1997, first joining the Special Events Committee. Since that time, Chris has served as Treasurer, Vice President and then President. As the Immediate Past President, Christian actively supports the Board's Program Panel, mentors new chapter leaders and oversees the annual Board election process. Chris earned his FMP in 2008 and has attended IFMA's World Workplace several times, including WWP in Los Angeles (1999), San Diego (2006) New Orleans (2007), Dallas (2008), Orlando (2009), Atlanta (2010), and Phoenix (2011). Paul Gillaspy, LEED AP – Director-at-Large
A chapter member since 2008, Paul has been in the FM industry since 1991. Paul served as the Chapter Secretary in 2010, 2011, and 2012 and currently supports the chapter's board and chair positions as an administrative advisor on board meetings, strategic planning meetings, and monthly programs. Paul has attended World Workplace in Orlando (2009), Atlanta (2010), San Antonio (2012) and New Orleans (2014). Chuck Swiderski, Lifetime CFM, CFMJ - Chapter Director-at-Large
Chuck has been in the FM profession since 1996 and has been a chapter member since 2004, the same year he earned his CFM. In 2008-09 Chuck was a member of the Professional Development Committee. As Past Treasurer, Chuck was responsible for the fiscal oversight and integrity of the chapter, annual budgeting and chapter re-certification. Chuck has attended IFMA's World Workplace in San Diego (2006), New Orleans (2007), Dallas (2008), Atlanta (2010), Phoenix (2011), Philadelphia (2013) and New Orleans (2014) as well as IFMA's Facilities Fusion in Philadelphia (2010). Serena Pancoast, CFM – Chapter Director
Serena has been a chapter member since 2000. In 2007 she earned her CFM and she served as President in 2010 and 2011. As Immediate Past President, she is responsible for the chapter's balanced scorecard, is the editor of the chapter's newsletter and works on program development. Serena has attended IFMA's World Workplace in New Orleans (2007), Dallas (2008), Orlando (2009), Atlanta (2010) and Phoenix (2011) and IFMA's Facilities Fusion in San Diego (2009) and Philadelphia (2010). As an IFMA Advocacy Liaison, she joined fellow leaders for IFMA's Advocacy Day in Washington D.C. in 2010 and 2011 to advocate for the facilities profession and energy efficiency legislation. Serena is also an IFMA Sustainability Liaison and develops the First Wednesday Educational Webinars for IFMA's Corporate Facilities Council. Cyndi Soares - Chapter Special Events Committee Chair
Cyndi has been an active member of IFMA Sacramento since 2009. Cyndi is passionate that all new and current members attend, learn, and have fun at her committee events. Angel Jones -  Chapter Membership Committee Chair

Vannesa Vasquez – Chapter Publicity Committee Chair
Vannesa has been an active member of IFMA Sacramento since 2012, starting with the Special Events Committee, quickly becoming Membership Chair., and now Social Media/Publicity Chair. Vannesa works to ensure that Chapter events, programs, and accomplishments are well publicized for the chapter through online content. Wayne Whitzell, LEED®AP, BEP, GBO – Chapter IFMA International Liaison
Wayne Whitzell has been an active member in IFMA since 2000. Wayne is the Vice President for IFMA's East Bay Chapter and the inaugural recipient of the Kit Tuveson CFM Scholarship. Over the years, he has held various chapter positions such as Sustainability Committee Chair, Website Chair, and Sacramento Valley Chapter Vice President. He has been to eight World Workplace conferences and has presented at Facility Fusion and several IFMA chapter and council events.

Wayne holds credentials as a LEED®AP, Business Energy Professional (BEP), and is a certified Green Business Operator (GBO). Wayne is the Vice President of National Sales for DFS Green, a company which specializes in cleaning carpets, fabrics, tile & grout, and natural stone across the United States. But, life isn't "all work and no play" for Wayne.
